The Woodstock High School student charged with bringing an unloaded gun to school last week is out of jail after posting bond Tuesday night. Forrest Busby, 17, had been detained at the Cherokee County Adult Detention Center since last Thursday. The $36,000 bond was posted by his stepmother, said Cherokee County Sheriff's Office spokesman Sgt. Jay Baker, though Busby left the jail with his mother, who lives in Atlanta. He faces trial on three felonies and four misdemeanors after police seized three stolen guns and about 200 rounds of ammunition from Busby's home.
